About the figure: Brainiac is nicely sculpted and done in a silver/blue vac-metal finish, with a see through dome on his head with a hex pattern on it. His action feature is a power kick which is done by squeezing his legs together which I would not recommend doing after all these years because his arms and legs can be brittle and tent to break where they connect, he also seems to have smaller foot peg holes then the other action figures in this line. Many loose versions out there that you see now generically have the one arm glued on where it has broken off. This one is a rare example of a mind on card version of Brainiac. For many years Brainiac was a green humanoid type character and just before the creation of the Super Powers line they switched him to a robotic terminator type figure which was designed by Ed Hannigan, but this was short-lived as he was reverted to the green humanoid character.
